Perseval-Farge "C. de Reserve" Brut Champagne 1er Cru NV

This terrific Montagne de Reims producer is a rising star in Champagne. Growers since the early 18th century, the domaine is now run by Benoist and Isabelle Perseval and their son Henri. They are based in the village of Chamery, holding roughly 4 hectares, spread across six different lieux-dits, Their "C. de Reserve" Brut  is predominantly Chardonnay with Pinot Noir and Meunier included. The base wine contains at least 50% reserve wine, and it spends around 48 months on its lees. It is bright, vinous, with citrus notes on the nose and palate. A delicious Champagne to start any meal!
